Russell Delegation is a 30 voice high spirited aggregation. in their 25th year in music ministry Russell’s music encompasses a myriad of musical styles that crosses ethnic and racial boundaries in our mission to appeal to all.

Russell Delegation is an outreach ministry of the Simpson United Methodist Church, Rev Lester N Justice, Pastor. The group was named in honor of Rev. Dr. William E. Russell and founded by Theodore “Bobby” Jones Sr. and the late Naomi E Ross Smith. Russell has appeared on major Gospel concerts and venues throughout the country with great gospel artists: Kirk Franklin, Shirley Caesar, John P. Kee, Yolanda Adams, Hezekiah Walker & Love Fellowship, Donald Lawrence, Ricky Dillard, Richard Smallwood & Vision, Wilmington-Chester Mass, James Hall & Worship & Praise, Karen Clark Sheard, Tyrone Tribbett and Greater Anointing, The Canton Spirituals and many more.
